I never imagined yoga would be the solution to my chronic back pain but it was. And it wasn’t just the movement. The meditation and mindfulness became a big part of my healing too.

Cancellation Policies
Yoga group courses for adults: 24-hour cancellation, there is no refund; 48 hours cancellation, I keep 70% of your payment; 1-week cancellation, I keep 50%.There is an exception if you have an injury or illness, but you need a doctor’s note, and I will refund you 100%.
Cancellation Policies for 1:1: Please email for that.
Children’s Gymnastics courses: I will refund you 100% If you cancel two weeks before the course starts, I refund you 50% if you cancel 7 days before the course starts. There is no refund after that, except if your child has an injury or sickness, and I will need a doctor’s note.
Gymnastics/Yoga workshops: one week of cancellation, I refund you; 72 hours of cancellation, I refund you 50%. There is no refund after that. The only exception is if you have an injury or sickness.
